Warranty Policy

PEME Pure (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this limited warranty (“Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) of our products (“Product” or “Products”). This Warranty is only valid within the geographic location where the Product was purchased.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial

With your purchase at PEMF Pure, you will enjoy a 30-Day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can send it back for a refund of the price of the product. If you think you may return your pad during your trial period, please use it with care and always cover it with a towel or blanket. The unit must be in good condition, without smell, stains, or damage.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Warranty Period
    • The Warranty Period for Products purchased from PEMF Pure is 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate the Warranty Period.
  2. What is Covered
    • This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any Product or part that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
  3. What is Not Covered
    • This Warranty does not cover:
      • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
      • Products that have been altered or modified.
      • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
      • Damage caused by accident, fire, or other external causes.

Warranty Service

  1. How to Obtain Warranty Service
    • To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected]. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
    • If instructed, you may need to send the Product to our service center for evaluation. You are responsible for shipping costs to our service center, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
  2. Repair or Replacement
    • If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or part. If a replacement Product is sent, it will be of equal or greater value and functionality.
    • Repaired or replaced Products are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for [X] days, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PEMF Pure shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if PEMF Pure has been advised of the possibility of such damages. PEMF Pure’s total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

Changes to Warranty Policy

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Warranty at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all Products sold after the effective date of the change.
