PEMF Pure Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at PEMF Pure!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. If within 30 days, products have become defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA), you may return the product to us and we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund (less shipping) the money to you.
For products that are not satisfactory and are not defective or DOA, you can return them to us within 30 days with the return shipping label at the buyer’s/customer’s own expense.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- If you need to return an item that is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer directly. First, send an email to [email protected] with your intent to return and your reason. After receiving a reply with the acknowledgment of your return, please ship it to the address claimed in the email we send you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you wish to return or exchange the item that is not defective or damaged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- All products must be returned in their original carton, including packaging, documentation, and manual. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or package; we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
- Merchandise returned in damaged condition (excluding factory defects) will be sent back to the buyer.
- Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So please ship via insured parcel post or other traceable methods.
